About the job as HR Specialist:

As an HR Specialist at Jefferson Wells, working with our client - a government agency in Stockholm - you will have a central and advisory role within HR. You will work closely with managers and support them in both operational and strategic HR matters. The role involves a broad HR responsibility where you participate in the entire recruitment process, work with competence supply, personnel administration, and collaboration with trade unions and safety representatives. You will be an important part of the section that works for professional leadership, good working conditions, and equal rights and opportunities.

Common tasks include:

• Provide consultative support to managers in the HR area.
• Participate in the entire recruitment process, including requirement profiles and hiring decisions.
• Work with competence supply and contract and salary-related issues.
• Collaborate and inform trade unions and safety representatives.
• Contribute to HR-related tasks such as contract administration and training.
• Handle ongoing personnel administration.

The candidate we are looking for:

We are looking for someone with an academic degree in human resources and labor relations and who has current experience in operational HR work, particularly in recruitment and competence-based recruitment. You thrive in a role where you work both independently and in teams, and you find it easy to build good relationships. To succeed in this role, you need to be unpretentious, solution-oriented, and have high integrity.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• A higher education degree from a human resources program.
• At least three (3) years of work experience from similar work as an HR generalist or equivalent.
• Current experience in operational HR work within recruitment.
• Experience in competence-based recruitment.
• Experience in providing consultative support to managers in HR matters.
• The ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new HR tasks.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, good knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Heroma, Primula, etc.) and knowledge of recruitment tools (e.g., ReachMee, etc.).
• Good knowledge of laws and regulations within the HR field.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.

As a person, you have good collaboration skills and a relationship-building and structured approach to work. You work well both independently and in a group, have high integrity, and a trust-building attitude, as well as an unpretentious and solution-oriented mindset.
